What this is for

Every distributor we checked asks whether a release was made with generative AI, and their terms require a truthful answer. Answering yes is not a penalty: on DistroKid, Spotify and Apple Music the declaration is a metadata field, not a rejection, and none of them charge for it or push the release down for it. What does get a release taken down is a declaration that turns out to be false.

This helper writes the words. It does not file anything for you, it is not legal advice, and the forms change — read the question your distributor actually asks before you paste. Your Vrenvo declaration is separate and lives in Terms, section 4.
