Refund Policy

Refunds

Payments for Vrenvo subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, and refund requests are governed by Paddle's refund policy.

To request a refund, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, or email us at ninja@vrenvo.com and we will assist you with the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Platform credits

If a paid analysis or mastering run fails to complete, the credits for that run are automatically returned to your wallet.
