DMCA & Copyright Policy
Vrenvo hosts music recorded by people, made with AI generators, or both, and every uploader declares how each track was made and that they have the rights to it. If you believe a track on Vrenvo infringes your copyright, there are two ways to tell us.
1. Report a track in the product
Every public track page has a Report button. Choose Copyright as the reason, add any detail that helps us find the original work, and optionally leave an email address so we can follow up. Reports go straight to a review queue and are the fastest way to get an infringing track taken down. You do not need an account to report.
2. Send a formal DMCA takedown notice
To submit a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (or an equivalent notice under your local law), email our designated copyright agent at dmca@vrenvo.com. For your notice to be effective, it must include all of the following:
- Identification of the work — the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (or a representative list, if the notice covers multiple works).
- The infringing URL — the address of the material on vrenvo.com (for example https://vrenvo.com/track/123), precise enough for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- An accuracy statement — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consider consulting a lawyer before sending a notice.
3. What we do
We review every report and notice. When we determine that material infringes — or when a valid DMCA notice identifies it — we remove the track from streaming and discovery and resolve the associated reports. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, consistent with our Terms of Service.
