Questions
Short answers, each linked to the page that holds the whole rule.
Is my first score free?
Yes. The first Analyze score on your account costs nothing. After that, Analyze is 10 credits. Decode and Loudness are always free and need no account.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the tools. One credit is worth $0.10; the larger packs add bonus credits: $20 buys 220 and $50 buys 600. Credits cannot be cashed out or moved off Vrenvo. A plan adds its credits each month, and they stay in your wallet, as credits bought in a pack do. Every price is on Pricing.
What leaves my device, and who sees it?
Decode and Loudness read your file in your browser and never upload it. Every tool that runs on our servers, what it sends and to which company, is named one by one in Privacy, section 2.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds follow Paddle’s policy; the Refund page says how to ask. If a paid tool run fails, its credits go back to your wallet on their own.
Who owns my music?
You do. You keep ownership of every track you upload; Vrenvo holds only the licence it needs to host, stream and process it for you, and you promise the rights are yours to give (Terms, section 5).
What does Master do?
Master measures your track, sets its chain from those measurements and renders it to −14 LUFS integrated with the true peak at −1 dBTP. If your track is already there, Master says so and charges nothing. You hear the master beside your original before you download it.
How do invites work?
Your invite link is on your Profile. When a friend joins from it and their first track goes public, they get 280 credits and you get 280. You can earn up to 2,800 credits from invites.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete account, type DELETE and enter your password. Signed up with Google, Apple or Microsoft and never set one? The same dialog emails you a link to set a password first. Deleting removes your account, your tracks and their audio, and your tool runs. Unspent credits are not refunded. Privacy, section 6 says what is kept and why.
